Return & Refund Policy

Our goal is to ensure you and your pets are happy with your purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. This policy applies to all items purchased from our clinic in Phuket or from our online store.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days to return an eligible item from the date you purchased it in-store or received it via delivery.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Examples of eligible items include:

  • Unopened bags or cans of pet food.
  • Unused pet accessories (e.g., collars, leashes, toys).
  • Unopened, non-medicated grooming products.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:

  • All Prescription and Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications: This includes, but is not limited to, flea/tick treatments, dewormers, heartworm preventatives, and medicated shampoos.
  • Refrigerated Products: Items requiring cold storage cannot be returned.
  • Opened bags or cans of pet food and treats.
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items.
  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance".

Please ensure you have the correct product and prescription before leaving the clinic or upon delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please call us at +66-65-614-5980 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number or a copy of your receipt.
  2. Return Method:
    • In-Person: You can return eligible items directly to our clinic at 111/416 Supalai Lagoon Phuket, Ko Kaoe, Phuket, Thailand.
    • By Mail: You can mail the item back to our clinic address above. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or offer store credit, based on your preference. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Rejected: If the item is opened, used, or not in a resalable condition, the return will be rejected, and we will not issue a refund. We will contact you to arrange for the item to be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
